Deep and attractive color with ruby red edges. The spicy aromas of pepper and liquorice are complex with fresh toasted notes and wild mint. Wild fruits like blackberries and cassis later melt and when they pass through the mouth they become boisterous and sober with a definite final presence of black fruits. It is recommended to go with fried meat, steamed vegetables and semi-hard cheeses such as Gouda.
