Marguerite Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic Mendoza cab with a modern, drinkable edge: ripe yet fresh, structured yet not heavy. Grapes from Finca La Libertad are harvested at the end of March and fermented in small concrete tanks for ten days, with daily pump‑overs to extract color and fine tannins before spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The wine shows a bright ruby color and an expressive nose of white and red pepper, fresh spices and red‑berry fruit, signalling genuine Cabernet character. The palate is medium to full‑bodied with intense, ripe tannins, lively acidity and a long, savory finish that will appeal to both steak‑lovers and serious Cabernet fans. Pair it with grilled rib‑eye, roast lamb, hearty stews or mature cheeses; it also has the structure to evolve nicely in bottle for a few more years.
