La Belle Marguerite Espumante Blanc de Blancs is a finely crafted Argentine sparkling wine that brings together Semillón, Ugni Blanc, Chardonnay and Pedro Ximénez from vineyards between 650 and 1,050 m. Early harvesting in February preserves natural acidity, while a first fermentation in temperature‑controlled tanks – with a portion of Chardonnay fermented and aged in 500 L French oak – builds layers of fruit and creaminess before the second fermentation in Charmat tanks.
